Refund Policy:

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Damages will be repaired or repair credit will be given as necessary. We are not responsible for lost stones or pearls. We will inspect products for scratches or imperfections prior to shipping. For health reason earrings may only be returned for repair. No returns will be authorized for any enamel jewelry product. Returns made without authorization and/ or after 30 days from invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for damages in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Mindy Harris Juvenile Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost/missing insured parcels during transport. If a package is lost we will submit the insurance claim on behalf of our customers. We cannot credit you until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and Mindy Harris Juvenile Jewelry LLC receives funds from the shipper.

buyer requirements:

To place a wholesale order buyer must provide  proof of sales tax exemption by fax to our office. No exceptions. Please no ebay resellers .

For retail customers please use the shopping cart offered throughout our website. Florida residents excluded. Please shop local order call the stores. They need all of us to shop there not on line so they will be able to be there next year for your and your families, friends or grandchildren.

We do not collect sales tax and do not sell direct to individual consumers in the State of Florida. You may shop on line at www.sears.com for Mindy Harris Jewelry. They collect sales tax in the state of Florida.

Net 30 days with approved credit references. First orders are pre pay only with credit card. We accept Master card, Visa and American Express. We do not ship COD or to any location outside of the United States without a credit card with matching shipping and billing address.

We do not ship to PO boxes unless you are active duty US military personnel  or have an  APO address. Our discounts apply to active duty and immediate family members.

Our internet shopping cart is provided by http:/www.paypal.com. Unless out of stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours via U.S. Priority Mail. Most locations will receive delivery within 2-3 days. Rural locations 4-5 days. All shipments from internet based orders are insured for the full value of the merchandise.

Restringing: Rewiring guaranteed on any Little Jewels design. Return bracelet or necklace and include check for $5.00  plus $4.50 for return freight. Please include new size and shipping address.  Please allow 14 days.

Backorders: Will will make back order shipments within 30 days, unless advised otherwise. All back orders under $50 will be automatically cancelled.

Minimum Order: $250 wholesale to one location on opening orders. There is no minimum on reorders.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
